Unzip the file to your desktop and then transfer the .sis file/files to your phone.

Your mobile will be able to connect to your computer in a variety of ways, either the data cable, Bluetooth or infra red. For more information on how to do this, contact your Mobile Network Provider, Handset Manufacturer or User Manual.

• Select the ROK TV ICON from your Mobile Device main menu. (it may be located in the "My Own" folder on some Nokia Handsets)
  
• Read on screen instructions and select OK (the on screen instructions are repeated below)
  
• Select 'Options', scroll to 'Settings' & select, scroll to 'User Details' & select.
  
• In 'User Details' enter your 'User Name' in the space provided & click 'OK' & then enter 'Password' & click 'OK' (Your User Name & Password is shown on the ROK TV confirmation email sent to you earlier)
  
• Select BACK to return to Player Settings, and BACK again to return to the Main Menu and then click 'OK'
  
• Select OPTIONS followed by ACTIVATE CHANNELS. If prompted, connect through the appropriate Internet Connection. This may take a few seconds.
  
• Click each folder until you can see the channels listed. Choose your channel and begin watching ROK TV.
